Sexual Health I really think this "porn" video I saw was real hazing/abuse of pledges by frat guys?

It's under the heading "Gay". The title doesn't fit what actually happens in the video though; it says it involves a teacher and a student, but it's actually these guys in a dorm room drinking, and pressuring a couple guys/pledges to suck/fuck each other and say humiliating things. There's also a pretty famous/infamous youtuber, Vitaly, in it (he's not doing the acts, but helping film it and encouraging it on camera). I don't know if I'm allowed to give specifics of it on here, but I'm pretty convinced those aren't actors or people who really wanted to be there in it. I felt sick watching it, and not because it's guys having sex with each other, because that I usually like. At the same time, they could've walked out and refused, right? I don't know how it works with hazing, do we classify it as being forced and not fully consenting or what? I don't understand why anyone would let people treat them like that just to be in a frat/sorority. Still, it seems to happen in colleges all over the country. Anyway, what I'm wondering is, should I report it or something? I don't even know if that would do anything, but it seems wrong to just leave it. There's a possibility I'm wrong about this... but I just really don't think I am. One of those guys is practically in tears, and I know in p*rn there's some hardcore shit out there with people liking pain, but this seemed a lot different from that.
