Uhh. Well it's sorta not masturbation. If I'd to be picky, it is. Because without climax, it was still pleasurable, right?
0 0 0 0yes very
In the court of law it would be classified as attempted masturbation.

7 12Here's a good way to ask...
If your parents or friends were watching you, would you still do it? =3
Honestly, there's nothing WRONG either way, if you do or you don't. Is there something perhaps that is making you feel guilty about it? :o0 0 0 0There's nothing in the Bible against masturbation.
While some churches have taught that the Bible teaches that masturbation is a sin, that "rule" was clearly invented by the clergy themselves. The story of Onan is uses as the example (Gen 38:8-10), which talks about him "spilling his seed upon the ground" and, some clergy concluded, makes masturbation a sin.
But those clergy were certainly educated enough to know better. Onan's sin was one of defiance and jealousy.
In the story, Onan is the 2nd son, and his older brother Er had a wife, but was killed before he'd had a son to inherit his name and position. Under Jewish law, in such situations, a brother was expected to marry the widow and give her a son, and that son would be considered the son of the original husband (Er, in this case) and not the brother (Onan). Onan wasn't in love with his older brother's widow, and though he married her, and had sex with her, he "spilled his seed upon the ground" in order to prevent her from getting pregnant and thus having a son that would prevent him from inheriting the family name and holdings, even though he knew it was his duty to do so under old Jewish law.
The story has nothing to do with masturbation, which is never referred to in any remotely direct way in the Bible.
So, even as a Christian (who, by definition, isn't bound by the rules of old Judaism, as Christ replaced those laws with his own), you don't need to worry about this, and wouldn't even if you were Jewish and followed the old law.0 0 1 1Still counts as masterbation. Touching your boobs doesn't.
0 0 0 0Touching yourself is masturbation even if you don't orgasm.
1 0 0 0i don't know about women. but us men, if we do that, we can get some serious health issues. consult your urologist
0 0 0 0no health issues for women if they don't orgasm, and plus most women don't orgasm ever.
@AshleyMD I didn't know that about women, you don't know how easier my sex life is gonna get after knowing this lol. plus couldn't it be that they are having orgasms but they just don't know it? ud be surprised. one girl once worn me out i couldn't get her to cum till she almost fainted and started crying. i asked her why, she said her body been feeling numb for almost half an hour and she didn't know what was happening and didn't wanna be a buzz kill!!! although it was just oral, i felt horribly bad and almost went abstinent, but who am i kidding lol. i apologized and got her a gift the next day. but she didn't even know what orgasms feel like
Well at least statistics say that most women never orgasm, maybe you're right and they do orgasm and don't even know? I know that I do orgasm and I know that I do, but I've been very open with guys and kind of learnt from them and it was journey to it and it didn't just happen.
Who cares, and who's counting? Do whatever you like. It hurts no-one and it's not immoral.
2 1 1 0What sort of an unreasonable girl would give me a downvote for that opinion? Is she trying to force unnecessary guilt or sexual frustration on her fellow women, for enjoying a normal, natural, and harmless activity?
playing with yourself sexually is masturbating. the orgasm is just the goal most people are going for sometimes it's just nice to masturbate for the enjoyment of it.
0 0 0 0yes its still masturbation... and why does it matter
0 0 0 0Masturbation is the act of pleasuring ones self sexually. I don't think achieving orgasm is necessary to do that. If you touch yourself anywhere and it brings sexual pleasure or makes you aroused then yes I would say it is masturbating
2 1 0 0If you manage to stop yourself before an orgasm? If you do that often enough it will become a habit which can stop you from having orgasms during real sex. Thus WHY would you do that?
Guys do it to last longer and may end up with delayed ejaculation because of it.0 0 0 0Geez, really? If it feels good do it. Have orgasms - LOTS of them! There's nothing bad about them.
And when you know how to get yourself off then you'll be in a LOT better place to show/guide your lover what works for YOU.0 0 0 0you don't have to orgasm to masturbate. Masturbation is just pleasuring yourself sexually, you don't have to orgasm to be still masturbating
0 0 0 0Why don't you finish?

Yes it still counts, but don't be afraid just think of how good it's gonna feel once you orgasm. Here is my trick: the big key is constant stimulation and fore play. First I would recommend starting out in the fallowing outfit: T-shirt, bra, and panties, first you start rubbing the top of your pussy over your undies while playing with your boobs over your bra and shirt for about a 3 mins, then while sticking your hand down your panties and rubbing your pussy start taking off your shirts (the key to this is to to switch hands), then take your panties and bra off, then start rubbing your clit for a good 8-10mins , while one hand is still busy with your boobs (I can show you a pic of of a diagram so u can find your clit). Then stick your finger inside your pussy and point it upward and start rubbing there and play with your boobs (of course), do this for about 10-30mins or until you orgasm (wich is a sensation feeling you are building up this whole time) , the stronger the intensity is the stronger the orgasm will be. Make sure to be thinking dirty thoughts through out this process. Also make sure to give you a couple hours of alone time.
0 0 1 0Uh who cares. You aren't one of those overly religious nuts are you?
0 0 1 0Why its important?
0 0 0 0just wondering
it's very strange you are a christian and commit sin even without pleasure, is like steeling and then throwing out money
How can anyone say this is sinful. There is nothing in the Bible to condemn it. It is a harmless and innocent activity.
It still counts as masturbating even if you don't have an orgasm. Touching your boobs is only considered a form of masturbation if you do it for the sake of sexual pleasure.
1 0 0 0Its not masturbation until you squirt
0 0 2 2*facepalm*
Is this a religious thing about not masturbating? Why would you masturbate and then stop before having an orgasm? Yes, it is still masturbating.2 0 0 0yes i am Christian
@Asker If you're Christian, you can relax. There's nothing in the Bible that says women shouldn't masturbate. Your religious leaders might have different ideas, but they are not God. Their word is not the word of God, but merely their personal ill-informed opinion.
