1. Simple thing is that he either has a huge member that shows up as a bulge or he's simply hard maybe naturally or owing to some medication or some medical disorder :-)
2. When I was on my first job, my gf then was still doing her management studies wherein there was this one professor who'd perpetually have an erection i. e. bulge showing from his trousers. This was talk of the college at that time more among the girls. On inquiry we realized that he was under some sort of medication which keeps him erect most time
