If you are looking to avoid the gumming up of lube, I recommend you buy silicone lube that is latex safe (not all of it is). As a non water based lube, it will not be absorbed by the skin and gum up. It also cleans easily with soap and water. Lastly, it will protect her pH. A brief word of warning, do ensure that you don't put silicone lube in contact with silicone sex toys as this will degrade the toy.

Only use her natural live or grape seed oil, nothing else.
The only lube that is medically safe is a water base lube like KY jelly is safe. Oil fragranced lotions bad for thrush and infection. Do this at home as soon as possible!!! Take a condom blow it up, not to much medium ty it like a balloon. Take your oil pour it on the condom. It will pop. This is what can happen in the vagina!!! Not safe at all think, HIV,, Then try Vaseline lotions and other lubes after a while the condom can burst. See for yourself. Now trust me only use KY jelly it's safe.
I wouldn't want him to use moisturizer or hand lotion, I wouldn't want to get itchy. And olive oil sounds too messy. I don't know about baby oil though. I get wet easily so I don't need lube for fingering but if I did, I'd put his finger in my mouth and get it wet myself.
You should use real lub. It's easy to find, it's next to condoms. Women are really sensitive and it's better to use an appropriate product. She could get an infection otherwise
