Basically a typical hentai netorare plot involves a female (or male) in a relationship, and they get taken sexually by someone else, either through blackmail, force, or sometimes even out of necessity. The person "taken" feels guilt in taking part of the sexual activity, but in some cases ends up falling for the person who takes them and out of their original relationship.

It's really weird if you ask me, but I find the concept arousing when the girl ends up in a sexual relation with the other guy, and feels such sexual satisfaction that she ends up falling for him instead. Sucks for the other guy, sure, but I'm partly in it for the female pleasure, and not for the guilt of the female nor the emotional pain caused to the original relationship SO :P
