How do I desensitize myself to nudity in movies?

I am normally not bothered by nudity in movies, but it is the person who is going nude in the movie. I've seen bits and pieces of the actual scene, but not the whole thing. I don't want to be bothered by it anymore because I think the person is a good person, but I don't know what to do. Would it be a good idea if I watched the scene over and over again to desensitize myself to it, or what else can I do. And yes, I am probably a prude. I have a highly unreasonable amount of anxiety and I don't know why it is bothering me so much!

Chill. People weren't born with clothes on. And people have sex. You need to realise that we live in a seriously messed up society if you have been lead to believe that this girl is in anyway shameful for showing what she is. Rather than feel anxious, just love her for it.

Watch p*rn . It has made me desensitized to a lot if things. Or look up nude models on Google images. Usually there's almost nothing sexual about a nude model. Or even look up implied nude models if you still can't handle it!

I would either avoid watching it or do what you said and watch it over and over till it doesn't bother you anymore.

Avoid it and be shocked later with other nudes
Go to fine art galleries and desensitize gradually, then IT over/over
Soon enough you'll have a stinky guy live-in/BF/hubby and you'll "get used to it"
Grow ~40-50 more years & it will be no big deal
