Girls, how long time can you handle without having sex?

If you are single, how regularly do you need sex? Maybe you want it more often but there is no guy available who you like at the moment. How long can you go without having it? how many weeks or months? If it takes to long to find someone suitable do you lower your standards just to get your quick fix? This is interesting to me since in theory a girl who is reasonably pretty should always be able to find a willing guy around to sleep with. But i guess it depends on her personality how she handles that. Im curious, mainly girls around 20-25 years, im not sure but i think girls are the most sexually active around that age range..

I'm older than your preferred range, but casual sex has a lot to do with looking for connection and sometimes validation more than sexual excitement & release. Not that women don't get horny and sexually frustrated... But masturbation often fills that need (often more reliably, since orgasm isn't guaranteed).

I'm 22. If it's been more than 2-3 days, I start getting cranky. By the fourth day and I still haven't gotten any, I'll likely start a petty disagreement with my boyfriend which will end with great make-up sex. ;)

haha no I wouldn't call it a fight, I'll just be really cheeky. By now he knows what that usually means, especially if it's been 'a while'. &These disagreements generally last no more than half an hour after whatever he did/said that set me off so really not a big deal. :P

That makes sense since you are in a relationship, but if you where single, how long could you handle having no sex? I know its asy for girls to get sex but i guess its not always easy to find a suitable guy around depending on your standards and if you are into casual short term sex

If I were single, I'd have to handle no sex however long it took me to be in another relationship and comfortable enough to be sexually active with them. I'm not one of those girls who can just sleep with a guy who may be attractive and interested in sex. I get that perhaps it's easier to find some mutual interest in that for girls than for men, but not every girl would be interested in that, which is why it frustrates me when guys mope about how much 'easier' it is for us.

20 years now with no sex and I'm still surviving. I'd probably be able to go quite a long time too if I ever do have sex. It's cool but not everything and I wouldn't give up my morals just for the sake of it.

lol i might not be a good person to answer this question seeing as i'm 22 1/2 and i'm still a virgin. (i just want to be sure i'm in a real relationship before giving up my V-card is that so bad?) but i have other friends who lost their virginity around 17ish and they usually have no problem waiting until they are in a relationship before having sex. but this is my friends it's not going to be the same for every woman

All the people saying they're 20+ years strong because they're a virgin... of course you have no sex drive. It's like never ever tasting cake so you never crave it. Speaking from someone who has has sex, I've gone nine months and while it is hard, I haven't succumbed to casual relations because of it so I'd say I'm pretty strong.
