My dad accidentally saw me topless! I am so embarrassed. What should I do?

See, I sleep topless at night and I had set the security alarm last night. He accidently set it off this morning when he tried to let the dogs it. It startled me and I can running down with my hands covering my breasts and forgot to put a shirt on because I thought it was the fire alarm. When I came down the stairs I saw my dad standing. He yelled at me to turn off the alarm and he walked away sonI could do it. I'm so embarrassed! What should I do? Should I be embarrassed? I'm worried.

Of course to Anyone, younger or even older, it would have been an "Embarrassed" Kodak moment, sweetie, for someone's dad, who we all know, Has seen it All with mom. However, to have Him See one of his Own cubs Bare breasted, butt naked or just Anything, I, too, would have probably run back upstairs and buried my head in my pillows.
Let it go, let sleeping dogs lie... just parade around the house, head up high, as though it was just A----Passing thing. He May too May be feeling a bit Awkward right now and doesn't know how to face you. So if you make light and semi sweet of it, he too will just go on with every day living... just consider the next time for whatever Hurley blurry reason of the season you will 'Think twice' before coming down to Bare all... even if you did Forget.
Thank God you didn't run down naked as a snake in the grass. This may than likely would have caused an 'Alarm' to go off in your head that would have totally been a 'Turn off' to make you hibernate in your bed like a Bear for the rest of the winter.

I appreciate your help. I talked to him a little be later in the day and apologized for the mix up with the alarm and all and he didn't even mention anythjnf about seeing me. He as just glad I came and turned off the alarm because, if I hadn't the police would have came. I still am kinda embarrassed though.

Don't worry too much, he's probably seen it all before. Next time just have something handy to put over yourself in case that happens again, and so he doesn't think you're purposely parading yourself like that. Nothing bad will come of this, I promise.

You shouldn't be embarrassed. He saw you naked a lot when you were younger and he is your dad after all. Just try to forget it, he is probably as embarrassed as you are so don't bring it up.

I think it's nothing. While your normally trying to keep modesty just realize you're a grown woman and can wear pretty much what you like, or not wear. More than likely he's got glimpses of you eve when you didn't intend for it. Frankly I'm sure he could pick you out of a police lineup if all you wore is a ski mask lol So I wouldn't think it's that traumatic of an event as you think. yeah be careful on setting the alarm. If you keep coming down topless to turn off the alarm he might start thinking it's intentional haha. He sounds pretty laid back to me that he wasn't even ticked about the alarm so You two seem fine to me.

Not embarrassed - good experience to train you to "be prepared" for the next false or real fire alarm. Standing among a group of firemen topless would be embarrassing, so... maybe a robe or sweat shirt hanging on bedroom door might take just a second to throw on as you enter hallway?
