Pretty much only with my fiancé, I'm used to him seeing me nude or topless. With other girls, if it's in the locker room or something like that it would be ok. I have been topless and naked with good friends (girls) but only on rare occasions.

Not really. The best feeling for me is no bra and an oversized t-shirt. Kinda like this. Bra<nothing at all<no bra with shirt. I feel uncomfortable if other women see my boobs, but I can get over it.

There are a few reasons. 1. Breasts can get chilly too. 2. Not sure how to explain it, but it feels nice if your breast doesn't touch your upper arm. A shirt prevents that. 3. It's never really nice to be completely naked tbh

It's really nothing that uncommon here in Europe , especially on the beaches in south Europe you see a lot of girls go topless. of course there are always some guys who take a look but as long as it's not some creepy starring I don't really care.
