Dear guys: stop staring at womans boobs, butts and vaginas?

dear guys, staring at women's boobs or vaginas when they are working out is very uncomfortable. I get the "urge" to glance over when the girls is not looking or walking past, but looking multiple times or/and staring at a woman's butt or vagina while she is doing exercises is not cool! Luckily it's just a few guys that do this ( from personal experience), but why do some guys think its "okay" to stare at a girl when she is squatting or staring at a girls vagina while she is doing sideways plank etc? From my own experience some guys are so obvious, in my gym we have a lot of windows and since it was dark outside i could see the reflection of the guy. He was looking/staring ( a lot) at me while working out and it was annoying and uncomfortable. Some guys, unlike that guy, will look at one rare occasion and also "respectfully" do it in a discreet way. So guys: tell you fellow peers to stop creeping woman out at the gym" Im not trying to generalize, i know only some guys to this

Dear women, stop wearing skin-tight clothes at the gym. It's very distracting, like don't you know that when you wear things like that it's hard not to look? So girls, tell your fellow peers to stop being so distracting to the men at the gym. I know that it's only some of the girls that do this, I'm not trying to generalize.

typical... its always the woman's fault right? so you're literally saying women should make herself unattractive and/or wear big ass clothes to hide their body, even if it makes a workout session more difficult (because of all the excess fabric) just so that random guys at the gym won't stare at their vagina, butt or boobs? How about showing some respect for that other person? Me for example i have big boobs and a small waist, do you expect me to wear size XL or even XXL just to hide my boobs so that you or some other guy won't stare at them? or do you expect me to wear pants in size XL or XXL because i have a bubble butt and i dont want guys to stare at it?

I understand where you are coming from, but it's bullshit to expect people to change their behaviour to suit your needs. The world does not revolve around you, and I'm not going to change for you, and no one should be expected to. You! Are putting yourself in this situation. You! are the one with the problem of people staring. If You! Don't like it. Then it's up to You! To do something about it, not Me! Do you understand? I am saying that making yourself look less attractive would technically solve your problem. I'm not saying that's what you should do, what you should do is get over it. Accept that some men will find you attractive and will stare, and don't let it get to you.

I googled this as I'm having the same problem. Some men at my gym lock eyes onto my crotch area like a laser beam and hold them there, actually when I'm on the treadmill as it faces the weight lifting area. It's scary and disgusting. I've taken to wearing long tshirt a and pants and also adjusted the times I go to the gym. Sucks to have to do this but I see no other solution than to give them nothing to see. It's pleasant to check out and be checked out by the opposite sex and as a rule I enjoy it. But this is something very different and I understand exactly what she is saying. BUT at the end of the day i dont go to the gym and then stare at guys bodies, while they are working out. and you know why? because i go to the gym to work out

Yeah some guys can be real pigs when it comes to this. I think it is one thing to look at a woman because she is attractive but to gawk is a bit much. I am sure it makes you as a woman feel uncomfortable and worry about your safety because you don't know what the guys intentions are.

No one should be stared at like they are a zoo exhibit. I agree with you, I will probably be in the minority of guys on this post but I am sure they wouldn't like their sister to be treated like this in a gym setting. I wouldn't worry but I would make sure you let them know that you notice them staring and don't appreciate it. That way you can get a physical description of the guy or take a picture of him discretely and text it to yourself so if you ever have a problem with one of them you can easily ID them to the police. The one thing that will stop a guy from staring is a girl getting rude and asking what his problem is.
