I have the same issue, and it is not a medical problem. Remember cum and pee travel along much of the same path. If I get really horny, with many hard-ons but no release, I can get a case of "blue balls". The body prepares to shoot cum but when not releases, some fluid can get back up just a bit. As you relax and pee, the valve/muscle that keep pee from backing into the tubes of the balls will relax and cum will leak out and into the urine.
