Guys, if you were tricked by a trap and had sex with you, while thinking it was a woman, and then found out it was a man, what would you do?

(First off, a trap is a man who disguises them-self as a woman and has a feminine appearance) Would you consider it excusable if a man killed or seriously injured someone who was a trap, and didn't tell them, and performed some kind of sexual act on them, and then they found out that the person was a trap? (Be it blowjob, anal, or anything else) If this happened to you, how would you react?

They aren't "traps" they are humans beings. If you had sex with one and then realized after the fact that it wasn't what you wanted doesn't give you an excuse to do anything harmful to them. If they forced you to preform any sexual act then that was rape and the police will arrest them. If you did it willingly and then realized after thats buyers remorse. you should be ashamed of yourself for thinking so poorly of other people when they did nothing wrong.

Maybe they consider themselves as a woman in every sense besides the fact that they were born with a penis. It's called being transgender and its a perfectly normal and acceptable thing to be. Don't flatter yourself, I'm sure that tricking you wasn't their sole intention, especially when being transgender is so frowned upon in society and they are treated even less humanly than other members of the LGBT community. Stop being so narrow minded.

Read about this on Cracked. com but never watched it), but there was a scene where a guy had sex with a girl by pretending to be her jock boyfriend while wearing a hockey mask. Something like that. Anyway, she had sex with him thinking he was somebody else. I would consider that to be rape. Same deal here.

She is a woman who just happens to have a penis, that isn't rape when a guy has sex with them willingly. In the instance you are talking about that is completely different. That was pure coercion which is part of the definition of rape, there was no coercion in this particular instance.

I happen to disagree on the "really a woman with a penis" thing. To borrow a line from Tyler Durden, "sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken." Getting a boob job and (maybe) chopping off your dangly bits does not make you a woman. I, personally, see it as a psychological disorder which we as a society have for whatever reason chosen to accomodate instead of treating. That's just my personal opinion. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I want to force anything on them. I accept it for what it is, but I can't be compelled to like it. I don't have a problem with transgendered persons or their lifestyle, so long as they're honest about it. If they want their preferences to be respected, the least they can do is respect the preferences of potential partners.

It's simply a fact that most straight guys will not be thrilled about having sexual relations with an m2f. It isn't "bigotry" or "small-mindedness" to not want to be lied to about that. I consider it disrespectful and untrustworthy when a transgendered person conceals the fact that they are transgendered from a potential sexual partner whom they suspect would not be appreciative of that fact. They are not women, nor are they men. They are trans-women. Good for them if it makes them happy, I mean that truly, but to pretend like someone who is both psychologically and biologically female is the same as someone who is psychologically female but biologically male is sheer idiocy. A body that is surgically altered to superficially resemble a female body is not a female body. And a person who spent half their life in a body with male organs, hormones, and physiology, and was raised in a society under gender roles for that body, before undergoing sex reassignment and hormone therapy can never truly be the same as someone who has spent their entire life in a body they identify with. Experience is a huge part of personhood, not just appearance.

And for the record, to address the question... as despicable as it would be for a transexual to hide their status as such until after sex, I would consider it a hate crime if someone retaliated against that with violence. There's a massive ethical difference between deceit and violence.

If you're saying former gender was male but had reconstructive surgery, then no, she's a she in every sense. But if you're saying a man dressed as a female, then that sounds like deceit to me and I would agree for them to be arrested. If someone wants to do that, fine, it's their choice, but you shouldn't deceive others when you know that's not what they are into. Buyers remorse is if you knew and wanted to try it.

Is it excusable to kill or seriously injure someone for doing so? Negative. None of us have that right. Regardless it wouldn't fix what had already been done. Only God can judge. Just let it go dude. Doesn't make you any less of a man or anything.

No its not excusable. Killing another human being is never excusable. It might seem fitting - and might feel like it would give someone satisfaction but really it never does. People change and become different - what you feel now might not be what you feel in 30 years time. But if you did something drastic and un-fixable like killing another person then you'd never have the opportunity to meditate and reflect on your feelings. Basically its not worth it. Hanging on to anger is never good. Let it go and you'll learn a huge lesson in life. How to be a real man.

If you were to argue - "Its 1939 - kill Hitler" then yes I could make an argument for it - based only on the fact that it might be possible to save millions of other lives. For that reason I think the US. was right for example to drop the bomb on Hiroshima (maybe not Nagasaki - they were making a point to the USSR) - but kill someone just because everyone else considers them "wrong?" or "evil?" No. To do so is to do exactly the same thing the Nazi's tried to do!!

I. e. thinking you are having sex with someone in particular (i. e. a woman - but they turn out not to be a woman) then you are not doing what you thought you were doing? Essentially you are being deprived of your right to true consent if you do not know the gender of your partner (be they male, female or transgender). Thus it is rape.

Coercion is the act of persuasion via threats of violence or some kind of punishment (financial coercion, blackmail, etc). A person can only be coerced if they are in fear of repercussions for not complying. Deceit is not coercion.
