I Agree that the white guy's love of Asian girls is not really as rampant in Europe as it is here in the states. I lived in Europe for a year (and going back soon!) and I noticed this. Now, this isn't to say that Asian girls didn't have dates in Europe . I knew several who did. I'm just saying the idea that Asians, or at least Eastern Asians, are the most feminine group isn't a globally accepted view. I'm black/mixed and I got way more attention than some of my Asian friends. Its not a competition, but I'm just illustrating the point further - in the U. S. its largely the opposite.
Back to your question, there are several answers for this. Most are based on benevolently racist stereotypes, but sometimes it is just because a guy likes a specific girl without accompanying that attraction with generalizations that are commonly applied to Asian women. But some of those stereotypes/factors are:
Very smart
Very nice
More submissive or traditional - "family oriented"
Not feminist
They tend to be very slim, tiny, and less curvy, which is quite popular with white guys here
Exotic factor/contrast - compared to white guys
Better personalities than other women (sum of more submissive, nicer, and smarter)
Some guys have more rejection experience with one group and find more success with another. (Not saying thats the case for all white guys who like Asians, or even a majority. I can't know that as a certainty)
Also, it's very widely known in many western contexts (not in Asia, perhaps, although I think there to a degree as well) that Asians love white features. In my city, its not a secret that Asian women LOVE white men. That can be encouraging to them, I'd imagine.
And there's a political history of aggressive western oppression and exoticism of Asian people that I think ties into all of this, but thats another conversation for another day, and probably a bit further down the rabbit hole than most would prefer to go. Though, it is kind of ironic.
I'm from Europe and I fully agree with your assessment of the popularity of Asian women (or lack thereof) and black/mixed women here. So I really don't get the hate on Asian women in GaG.
I think it depends what you think is 'very feminine looking'. pakis/arabs/turks definitely have more boobs and hips which are feminine traits. they have big eyes that are feminine. unfortunately they often have an equally big nose in comparison that many guys seem to think is masculine looking.
whenever my white bf thinks a model/actress is ugly, and I ask him 'why?' 90% of the times he'll say it's because of her nose, it's 'too big' for his liking o_O I didn't know a nose could make or break attraction so much.
Hahaha, very true. Tbh, I shouldn't have included pakis because I do think they're feminine looking more so.. The men are petite.. No idea why I included them. But yeah, it's mainly due to the nose factor.
It's just a curiosity, especially when they've never really directly approached an Asian and be good friends as they would with their white counterparts. The differences in appearances also captivates them. But the biggest part to liking them has to do with liking their culture first hand.
I am with one now. This about foreign born East Asians.
Physically they tend to be slender, athletic and retain their youth.
I prefer the tan skin and straight black hair.
They tend to be sexually uninhibited and compliant in private.
They tend to be modest, calm and discreet without sexual politics, pretense and psychodrama.
They tend to be far less vain, materialistic and self centered.
They wear far less makeup and need not fuss with their already perfect hair.
They are proud of their domestic skills.
They celebrate authentic femininity.
They respect their men and consider kids a duty.
I'm getting writers cramp. You get the idea.
They have extremely adorable facial structures a very unique skin complexion, most 40 year old Asian females can pass for a 21 if they properly care for their skin.

When "Asian" is used, most guys mean East Asians, old school expression: Orientals. Old West expression (I rather like) "Celestials".
Asia is a vast continent of different ethnicities and races. Asian means someone from Asia, now that can be a person born in Taiwan or a person born in Sri Lanka.
