Well it depends we all know what peach fuzz is but at the same time some girls have more peach fuzz than others a d it becomes very noticeable/hairy even though it's not quite regular hair. If it's a light amount I'm. sure they won't notice or care.
As for zits on your butt I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it's a no go well at least for any guy that is obsessed with butts and many guys are.
The peach fuzz could easily be fixed with a few glides of a razor.
As for the pimples, I'm very sure there are acne treating creams that could fix that.
Some guys will go down on a menstruating woman. Some will drink her pee. Others love menstrual sex. Trust me, any man who's bothered by a few cutsy pimples on your butt ain't ready for sex.
I voted C but she can wax the peach fuzz and treat the pimples. No harm is wishing for perfect but not being disappointed with close.

What is peach fuzz?
I find the peach fuzz quite sexy actually, sometimes girls have some pimples on the ass and other times they don't. Sometimes I have pimples on my back and sometimes I don't. That's life, I don't care about shit like that.
The pimples make it a massive turn off.
