I must disagree with @MrOracle. I've been with a number of women who are squirters, some are even gushers. Not everyone can squirt. Of those who can squirt, not everyone can control when or even if they squirt. I often squirt when my husband licks my clit. But I have no control over it and I don't do it every time. If it was his choice, he'd have me squirting uncontrollably every time. Heck, I'd choose the same! I think most women can. Some naturally while others induced by certain techniques like the Kunyaza and others that can make it happen.

But for those women who aren't natural squiriters, it's not technique alone - a lot of things like their being relaxed, well lubricated, ambiance, climate, attraction levels to the partner, level of arousal etc matters :-)
