Yes. Here is a good way to deal with it.

You on the bed or on a table and him standing behind you.

He does not need to be on his knees behind you. Standing up behind you will do the trick.

I once dated a girl who was under 5 feet. She would stand on a stool and bend over and grab her dresser. I would take her from behind that way. It worked great. A few times we had doubled up a mattress on her bed and she got on all 4s at the edge of the bed. I stood on the floor grabbed her hips and pulled her on me. It was great.
