Just curious: What is the average refractory period for guys?

My guy can take up to 30 min.-hr. before he might be ready to go again. Of course with us we just keep going a while. Does every guy have a refractory period and about how long are most?

He is in his upper 40s, so I am much quicker than he. It works out just about right. He can do two, but not always. He said that when he was in his early 20s, he could do three. That is comparable with the research that I have read.

  • Great question. Every guy has a refractory period. I am a med student (not a doc) and know a bit about this but there is a lot more to learn,. We all are different. Generally, younger guys, especially teenagers will be able to go for round two very quickly. For me it was 10-15 minutes at the most. Research shows it will grow longer as a guy ages and it also depends on his fitness level, diet, weight, genes etc. It also depends on how long it has been since he has last had sex or jerked off. What do you think?

  • Used to be able to get it up within a few minutes, these days takes about 5-10 minutes or so, tends to be quicker if she has bigger boobs.

    However it is getting difficult to cum the 2nd time these days so it is other parts that make tire out beforehand or she simply becomes too sore.
