I just started dating this guy, and we haven't done anything except kiss so far. The other day we were making out on my couch, when I started to get turned on. All of a sudden he stops kissing me and starts sniffing the air. Then he says that he smells something he's never smelled before and that it's coming from my vagina. He didn't indicate if the smell was good or bad, but I thought it was super weird that he felt the need to point this out to me. I'm healthy, and I always keep my vagina clean. I know what I smell like, and, at least in my opinion, it smells good. Apparently, he's had sex before but has never seen a vagina or gone down on a girl. When I brought up cunnilingus he kind of cringed and said he never understood doing that, that it's wet down there. I'm not really sure how to react to this information. What's going on with him? He's inexperienced and is not dealing with this in a mature way. I don't understand how he's had sex but has not seen or smelt a vagina before. Ask him if he's told the truth about having sex before because to me it seems as if he's lying.
