I think my neighbor saw me masturbating?

Question

My dorm room window is positioned in such a way that people can see into it when the curtains aren't closed. My campus is pretty hilly so the dorm houses are on different terrains. I was masturbating, but I forgot to draw my curtains whilst I was doing it. When I had finished off and went to clean up, I saw a guy quickly move from the window above me as if he was looking out. Now I'm not sure if he did see but there's a high likelihood that he did. I see this guy almost every  Friday  morning as we have the same class time. I seriously don't want to face him if he did she anything. Should I apologize or just ignore him and forget it? I feel so humiliated.

why wouldn't you feel good about yourself? If he did see it he loved every minute of it. If it were me I would feel kinda good about myself.
If your not interested in this guy then just act like it never happened
if you are interested in him, you have a real good "in" now.
If you find him staring at you, wink at him and smile.
he will come over and talk to you I bet.
Just make it funny. Tell him that is the most he is going to see until you both get to know each other a lot better... it is an ice breaker.

I understand you don't feel good with the idea he saw you. It's not sure he saw what you were doing, it depends from the distance he was and if there was light enough in your room compared to the light level outside the room.

Anyway, don't say anything about that when you see him Friday .

Ya definitely dont bring it up. We all do it, he does it, and he might have just happened to see you. I've been caught before, and yes it is embarrassing, but it is such a normal thing that eventually he will forget about it if he saw it

I'd say just ignore him and go on like nothing happened. He does not know that you know. If he was watching, it probably made his day. I doubt very seriously if he would say anything to you or even let on himself.
