First of all, just about any that are attached to a woman.
To be more specific, color is not very important, except I want it to be a different color that the rest of her boob - they should stand out. Size - they should be proportionate to the woman's size. Can be a little larger. Aerola - again proportionate to the size of the breast. Also, I love how the nipple and aerolas get darker during pregnancy. Sexy. And love the nipples that give milk for me. Something very comforting in a little nursing play. Puffies are very nice. That is where the whole area of the aerola and nipple are raised above the breast.
But again, whatever she has is great with me.

Seriously, most men really don't care that much about any particular type of nipple. There are, like, five guys on Earth that are going to walk away once you're naked because your nipples are an inch too big in diameter.
When we see a girl topless, we're more likely to think "Mmmmm, boobies" and start salivating that we are to start critically examining them for perfection. :-)
