What does it mean if a guy blushes a lot when I talk to him or he talks to me? He's very confident and I've never seen him blush around other people?

So there's this guy that I work with who is my manager. I think he's so sexy and I feel like I'm not that pretty. A lot of times he will blush when talking to me or if I'm talking to him. I've never seen him blush around anyone else. I wanna flirt with him and stuff but I wanna make sure he likes me before I do. I would hate to get turned down. Do u think it's possible that he's feeling the sexual energy that I'm giving off as I work with him and think naughty thoughts?

I think he likes you and maybe even get turned on by you. If he blushes just at you probable likes you. Many guys may seem confident but are not and get nervous when around a girl they like. If you can try to spend more time with him until you feel comfortable about asking him out or you see him so much he hates not seeing his arm around you that he ends up asking you on a date😃😃😃

Thank you for your advice. I think u may be right. I want him so bad. I want to text him but I don't know what to say. Whenever he works with me, he usually sparks up conversations when I work with him. It's getting really bad though with having dirty thoughts at work. And I can't even do anything about it. I wish I could bend over in front of him and let him take control from there. Do u have any other tips on how to flirt with a guy and let him know I'm interested without saying that I'm interested?

He probable thinks of dirty thoughts as much as u do if not more. If u guys glance at each other give him a smile or a wink, if u are talking to him and notice he is blushing skoot your hair behind your ear or even call him out about blushing it would make him even more red and bite your lip after u call him out to show that turns u on. Depending on what your wearing at work wear something that he will notice but not make him think that your a hooker. And one more thing this is going to sound silly but if you want to bend over in front of him practice bending down at home and if you actually try it at work don't do it like right in front him to were he knows your doing it on purpose do it from a distance away to where he notices you bend down and he thinks in his head I want that A$$ so bad
