Guys, Truth Time: are wide hips actually hot?

Question

****By "hips" I am referring to the pelvis. The part that flares out underneath the waist (around the navel area). I'm not talking about thick thighs or a big booty, I'm talking about hips here. Some people get it confused.*** 

I'm slim but my hips are pretty wide. there's a 6.5" difference between my natural waistline and my hips (and an 11.5" difference between my waist and bum.) 

They're very rounded as well, and I always get a bit of a muffin top in tight pants. My stomach has very little fat though. 

They look awful in most tops. I have always wanted narrow hips. Even when I was super thin they were wide.

I just love the look of hips that are slightly wider than the waist. I find them way sexier plus they look better in clothes. 

What's the verdict guys? Do you actually prefer wide ones?

It has to do with the ratio, not just the width. For example, the girl in the 4th picture has the widest hips but she's the least attractive in my opinion.

It's the ratio of the hips to the waist, that curve you see her body make. They apparently calculated an ideal number as the ratio but I forget what it is.

The male version of it is the shoulder-waist ratio.

I think they're pretty sexy. That last pic looks like you can draw a straight line down that girl, that's not exactly my preference.

But my "preferences" don't mean much lol, I've been attracted to body types of all shapes and sizes. So that's just my general analysis of this.

The girl in the first picture has a great body, nothing wrong with her hips. If that's what your hips are like you have nothing to worry about.

Our bodies r just a tool that helps us exist. Regardless of what’s attractive, we’re here for more than just our human needs. Our minds and soul r magnificent. Just like u I have quite wide hips, and I get knocked by every single thing in my house. They’re slightly annoying for that, but they’re a part of us! Regardless of ur body shape just be healthy, and do things that make u happy :)
