Generally if its cloudy white then chances are you squirted. As far as people suggesting its urine I would beg to differ since its next to impossible to pee during arousal which is why usually the sudden urge to urinate after sex happens.

You must read my comments carefully. Typically, it shouldn't contain large quantities of urine unless the process has been done incorrectly... Vaginal discharge aside from the fact urine is never cloudy unless you have something wrong with you, or taking way too many vitamins. The cloudy fluid is actually produced in the Skenes gland which is the equivalent to the male prostate gland, not connected to the urethra at all but in fact situated close to the urethra. It is a massive misconception to believe its primarily urine based on very subjective information and is actually causing women to develop sexual issues. The cloudy white fluid is a mixture of vaginal discharge and urin, a woman can only produce those two kinds of fluids. However, only urine has the ability of being squirted.
