So I've been sleeping with this man and occasionally I get small hemorrhoids (gross tmi sorry!). He occasionally likes to lick my ass when he's going down on me but whenever I have a hemorhoid I get super paranoid to the point where I almost can't even enjoy him going down on me because he doesn't always do it so I never know if he is going to or not.
