Nip slip confession: Should I tell her now?

A while ago I went to a theme park with some of my friends. At some point we all got kind of mad at each other and split up into smaller groups. My friend and I went to get on roller coaster but the line was enormous. while waiting she decided to sit down a little. Here's the problem. when she sat down her right nipple peeked out over her shirt just a little bit. I didn't know what to do I mean I'm a guy and she is really good looking so I mean I looked away but I don't know it was very flustering lol. I did not tell her. A few weeks down the road in study hall with the same girl the situation occurred again? Again? Was this intentional? I pretended not to know but how could she not have noticed all the glances I was darting? How could you not feel when you nipple is exposed? I now feel mildly guilty and a little ashamed. Should I have told her then? Should I tell her now? Could this potentially lead to something or should I play this down and be classy? If there's any questions just ask! Thanks a lot :)

Judging by how many nip slips celebrities have on TV, I'm going to assume most girl don't even feel when their nipple slips out. They probably be so into the moment that they don't even realize it until they look down and see everyone else looking down.

Me personally, I would have told her, but it would have been a minute or two before I do so, because I know my mind will be conflicting on what to do. But I'm sure I would have eventually told her.

If others could see then you definitely should have told her to protect her from further embarrassment. If only you could see you probably should have taken a moment to enjoy the view, then told her. If she did not get upset, then she may have known and was teasing/flirting with you.

Was it obvious or did you have to look down her shirt? Like if it totally popped out you should tell her. If it's like, she just wasn't wearing a bra and her top was kind of loose so you could see it if you looked real closely down her shirt, then it seems kinda creepy to mention. If it was on purpose, that's pretty forward, ha.

Honestly it's hard to tell though even though it's never happened to me in public. But the best thing is to tell her even though it's awkward. Here's why: 1) if it's unintentional then other people will see and I'm sure she doesn't want that. 2) if it is intentional then she likes you and most likely wants more from you. Either way you NEED to tell her!

Just say down thing like "hey, I know this might be awkward but I just wanted to let you know that your shirt has been slipping down low few times. I didn't say anything in person because I didn't want to embarrass you".
