How do I tell my girlfriend she doesn't smell/taste good down there?

I dont want to embarrass her but a month ago i slept with my girlfriend for the first time, whilst we was doing foreplay and fooling around i went down on her i was probably the distance of her kneecaps to her vagina when i could smell this certain stench coming from her vagina area i didn't want to stop though because as i said i didn't want to embarrass her but she doesn't smell or taste good down there she has a fishy/seaweed kind of taste and the smell is very "musty" and i dont want to jump to the conclusion that she doesn't wash down there because i dont think that's the case but i was just wondering is it natural for you girls to smell like that down there? The other night we did it again and to think of a excuse i just said i had a sore throat so i just fingered her instead, how do i tell her about this without sounding like a jerk and upsetting her?

  • She might have a small ph balance problem. nothing to be embarrassed about. :) Just approach her respectfully and lovingly. Not right before sex, maybe at night like during a boring tv show, or commercial. Yes, its going to be awkward. and she may even get a little moody. thats ok, but chances are she will realize that her ph is off and fix her problem with wash. :) Summers eve has a lovely ph balancing wash that helps for freshness and cleanliness. Some girls dont notice such "smells" bc thats their natural sent. She was probably really ready for the sexual encounter and had a lot of hormones going.   • Oh you have to tell her because she has an infection!!! The fishy smell is the most common symptom of an infection... She has to go to a gynecologist and take pills. Nothing to worry about though. Usually with the pills it's all taken care of... You can bring it up to her by saying you read an article about it or something and generally drop hints...

  • Depends on her diet. Or if she's taking any medications possibly. or she just didn't shower that day!. Usually before jumping the sack it's best to bathe before going crazy! If not the best way is getting her to shower with you. Showering can be sexy and erotic too! And it's the nicest way possible without telling her : ).

    • Vaginal infections are really common so it's not a big deal. You should definitely tell her.
