The best boobs are always the boobs of someone I am really into, that I am now allowed to see and touch. The actual size is mostly irrelevant. It is 'usually' best when the size is matched to the person's frame. Small, athletic frame will match up well with small, pert breasts. A large, curvy woman will match up better with larger, heavier breasts.
At the end of the day, a guy really into his girl is going to love his girl's breasts regardless of what they look like.
