Okay, so I'm 18 and I recently had surgery on my back so I was in the hospital for a few days. Anyway, I couldn't shower so one of the nurses had to give me a sponge bath. She was very attractive and I ended up getting an erection during it. She was very nice and pretended not to notice it but I was so embarrassed. Would you be offended if you were her? If not how would you feel?

No I wouldn't be offended as I would expect that could easily happen in that situation. I am sure you would certainly not be the first guy who's got an erection from her giving you a sponge bath given the profession she is in. She would only have been offended if you acted on the arousal which you didn't. It's well known in the medical profession and other professions like massage that guys get easily aroused from being touched.
