To me that just sounds like somebody who is very bad at kissing. Reminds me of a girlfriend I had some years ago. She loved biting my lips and my tongue during french kissing. Now, I actually really like that as long as you do it in a playful way. But she wasn't exactly like that. I remember the first time we made out, it hurt like crazy. She got really horny and was super into it but I had to stop the action because it hurt so much (nothing I had experienced before).
