You need a thick creamy shave gel, and a razor with no less than 5 blades, brand new - use a men's one if you need the most epic shave. You need to shave down TOWARDS THE GROWTH of the hair to get most of the hair gone. Then you reapply shave gel and do a single swipe up against the grain. Use any kind of salicylic acid treatment for bikini zone too to prevent bumps. After that all you can do is pluck anything out of place.
If that doesn't work you can get your own waxing kits, but make sure they're of very high grade and you really read up on how to do it.
My body hair is really dark too where it looks black, and my vaginal hair was long and thick when I started shaving it so I had to use a trimmer and then shave with a razor. Now I shave it every couple or few days once it gets to a certain point.

I don't shave, I trim with hair scissors. I don't like the feeling of it being completely hairless, and shaving gives me razor bumps.
You can try to be waxed but it could be quite painful. What about the no-no? Maybe that can be used on the pubic region.

i shave it. a few tips if u decide to shave: use lots of shaving cream, move the razor going up, and if u have long pubes rn then i recommend u trim it first or itll get stuck in the razor
You could use shaving cream, that's what I use, you just apply it, wait the minutes you need and then remove it, all the hair will be gone! And it isn't painful at all
And about clarifying the armpits they sell products for that, like I've seen them in shops and they weren't that much either, maybe you could ask at a supermarket or chemists or any place where they sell cosmetics
