I doubt it, when both of my brothers were home, (we share a common bathroom). They were so disgusting about it you could hear them going at it, my younger brother still takes those long noisy showers, let me make a peep in the shower rubbing one out and I get looks! No one ever looks at those two when they make all the racket in the shower and leave the evidence in the floor or drain! So gross! They would be in the shower for almost an hour each at sometimes, neither of them clean up after so the evidence would always be on the tub floor for me to step in... Eeeww! (I learned to beat them to the shower.) With as many gallons as those two pumped out at times, if semen clogged drains we would have needed a plumber on staff!

It contributes over time. Cum is sticky and thick and I imagine some can stick to the walls of the pipe. Most is flushed on through the pipe. But there is often hair in the drain, and it will catch cum and help it build up. However, cum is organic, and will get flushed out using the same drain cleaners that bust through hair. And since cum is so slow to build up you would not need to clean it out any more often than you would hair. So you should really never notice it.

If you do it all the time it could block the drain over time. Semen will stick to almost anything. While most of it will wash down the drain, a thin layer of residue will build up over time. I'm talking about a few years.
