How long have you been talking to this person for? if it was only for a little bit, I would say bad, you don't want to come off as someone that is in it for just sex, and you shouldn't date someone that is only after sex, you should date someone that is it it for love, and for you , and the both of you together.

I think that it is bad. My personal opinion is that you are moving the relationship along to fast. Unless you have been in a long-distance relationship or something where the majority of your relation has been via technology, you should wait. Holding out shows commitment.
