No big deal either way! As for a preference, I guess I am more of an outie kind of guy. It is a layer of her female anatomy that can be hidden or exposed.   Honey, I promise you (and I mean this in all seriousness), that money would be better spent talking to a therapist to get your feelings resolved about your ex and learning how to value yourself than undergoing surgery. Your body is not the issue. I have a feeling the reason you haven't had sex is because you either aren't trying to meet new men, or because you let your feelings about your ex and your insecurity sabotage you. You need to put the past behind you. That's where you need to put your resources, not into surgery.

  The first problem that you are having, then, is that you are choosing crumby and extremely uncaring men to sleep with--and your insecurity is probably the reason you are attracting them. Like a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you are going to attract good men who will appreciate you, you have to be able to value yourself first. If you don't want to see a therapist, that's fine. But do read that book. Just give it a spin. What could it hurt? It's a lot less expensive than a surgery, and you just might find something useful there to you.
