Brother stealing little sisters panties/thongs?

Ok, third attempt to post. I know this girl that when she was 17, she found a "treasure box " in her brothers bedroom on the bed about 8 months ago. In the "treasure box" were many pairs of her panties/thongs that she had been missing for years. She developed very early and pretty much looked like a woman from 13. Her brother was 21 at time and going on 22 now. She finally told her parents and they laughed. They said they would talk to him. She asked what was said but they would never tell her. Was it none of her business? She felt very uncomfortable around him for a long time. She and I fell apart for family reasons and I don't see her anymore but she occasionally messages me. She is now very close to him and spends all her time with him. They go shopping, watch movies I think in her room and won't be distracted with texting me during "brother time". He has never had a girlfriend and we suspected he was gay and not willing to come out and used the panties to show his buddies he has had girls... or... he has never had a girlfriend because he has always had a thing for his little sister and never wanted to be with anyone else. He has always had his buddies over getting high and stuff but now he never has anyone over and devotes his time to her. He leaves the house and rushes back to "cuddle" with her watching movies. I don't know exactly what they do but she used to always cuddle with me watching movies and we'd hold hands among other things. They were never close before all through their childhood and now she is 18 and he is about to turn 22 and they can't be apart. Is this odd with his stealing her "dirty" panties/thongs and the fact that he doesn't spend time with any friends now while before they were over everyday? I think he has the girlfriend he always wanted and their parents are good with it.

When I was younger and my sister lived at home with me she is a few years older than me I was only about 13 at the time and there was one day after she had gone out and she had left her bedroom door open and I had a quick look in there and that is when I saw a pair of her knickers on the floor beside her bed I then picked them up and had s look at them and what I had seen on them there did have loads of stains on them and so I had a quick smell of them and that was the first time that I had ever done anything like that before I tuck them into my bedroom with me and then had another smell of them and that time there did make me hard I ended up having a wank with them and I used them all that day and night until I couldn't smell or even taste her on them no more and then I put them back inside of her bedroom were I had found them after that I would always have a look to see if I could see anymore of her dirty knickers that she had left laying around upstairs or in the bathroom after she had gotten out of the shower or the bath lol x

She REALLY needs to talk to someone about this. This clearly would suggest (to me at least) That he has some kind of sister complex. It is NOT normal or laughable for him to horde his little sisters underwear even if it was to "show off" (which I would assume he was smart enough to realise that isn't believable in the slightest) It's also incredibly coincidental that just as she turns 18 he becomes INCREDIBLY close to her when he never was before.
I don't know how you'd go about it without offending her but she needs to seriously approach her parents about it and demand an answer from them or him.

That is really creepy. I think he could be obsessed with her in a sexual way. He was hoarding her underwear? who knows what he did to them. In my books thats a red flag.. How did her brother react when she had a bf? If he was constantly interferring and being overprotective through her relationship... thats also could mean he obsessed and wants her all to herself. I wonder if he has ever tried making sexual advances towards her. HE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS HELP.

Err da fuq? That kid has problems, their parents should not be okay with that!! He's her brother but I don't think their relationship is healthy, he needs to get out and find a real girlfriend/boyfriend. Not this sick sister fantasy he has going on.

Well, there is an issue with the panties, there is also an issue with how close they are. I will agree with you that it is odd. I think the main issue is that you are jealous how her own brother is spending better time with her than you are.
