my girlfriend is kind of been distant from me the past week. I saw her kissing another girl on the lips. She's been hanging around with that girls lot and she asked me if I ever would have a threesome. She not been into sex with me that much too. I don't want to become Ross... What do I do?

  It isn't for you to decide either, you can't chose your sexuality. You make out with girls and (i am assuming from context) want a threesome including another girl, and doing something sexual with her (again assuming from context), seems bisexual to me, which is decided by semantics and classifications, not you.

  Want of experimentation and arousal of such does imply sexual attraction (all you need to be considered bisexual), dating and romantic attraction has nothing to do with sexual orientation (go look at the definition if you want).
