The overwhelming majority of guys do have an issue with women that lie about things and try to deceive guys. What are women thinking when they do this? if they get naked guys are going to see. So why lie? are tits really that big a deal? it isn't like penis size where someone will be sexually unsatisfied if you have smaller breasts.

do you mean will he be able to tell? they can generally feel if there's an extra layer of fabric there. maybe try wearing a bra with silicone gel padding it feels closer to real thing. but if he really cares about you your cup size won't make a difference anyway?

No. The only way I can tell there is padding is if I see/feel insiiiiide the bra cup, i. e. your bra has to be off.
