Well, it really depends. In attracting a partner, it's better to be a guy with a small penis, in many cases because no one can judge you by penis size if they can't see it. People can judge by boob size since they're so obviously there or not. As for being in sexual relationships, the girl with small boobs is better off. Of course. tits don't matter at all.
