I left Islam when I was 19. I still believe in God. But I don't think it's necessary to worship God. I believe God just wants every human to use their free will to become beings of benevolence. There is nothing evil about masturbating. You should not let Islam make you feel guilty for masturbating. If humans truly got punished by God for masturbating, this world would've been destroyed a long time ago. God never made any religion or sent down religious texts to humanity. Every religion on this planet was created by extraterrestrials pretending to be God.

Me muslim but totally not religious person , masturbation is very important to me since i can ejaculate without any erection needed, yep , i had major ED problem since few years ago.
Personally, I am not aware of anywhere in the Quran and authentic Sunnah it says masturbation is haram. I am tired of all the rules people make up, making Islam difficult and strict for people to follow and thus pushing them away from Islam. I masterbate. I don't feel bad about it. I really wish I could marry, but I can't find anyone compatible.
