Girl lied about her age, what to do?

I has sex with a girl i thought was like 20-23 yearsold, and my friend said she was actually 16! I froze up and was like wtf!! and sure enough she is 16, she's in the same grade as my other friends sisters. In my defence, you can't tell the difference between a 16 year old and a 26 year old. look at fucken kylie. I feel like i did something wrong, should i go to the police, before she does and try to say i had no idea, cuz she didn't say shit and she did with her own consent. I really am in a tough situation and don have aclue on what to do

  • If you go to jail they'll just slap the cuffs on you there and laugh since you admitted to having sex with an underage girl (they won't care if she lied).

    Go talk to her and use a tape recorder (most smart phones have them) and get her confession about lying about her age to you. Then just leave and if she ever goes to the cops you have your evidence. I think it should be obvious but don't let her know you're recording your conversation or she'll never say it.

But would you rather be charged with an invasion of privacy charge which is probably a misdemeanor at most and you'd probably just pay the judge a small fee and then you go home or statutory rape where you'll go to prison for a year then have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life?

  • Do nothing. If she has done it with you she has done it with others. I doubt if she will go to the police if she threatens you, offer to pay her off and keep track, or record it then. Reason, hookers have little rights.

    Keep your mouth shut, give her rope and space, she will screw herself.
