I would talk to her about it again. Let her know it's something important to you and that you want to make some kind of compromise where you both can get something you want. If she gives you oral, you give her oral back or... I don't know... do something else she would like sexually where it's just you pleasuring her. Relationships are about compromise and she should know that.
However if it's so bad that she can't do it without feeling upset, then you need to find an alternative, like a super lubed up hand job or something else that would still give you that pleasure.
Or, if worst comes to worst, get a mouth-shaped flesh light and do you.
We're had several lengthy conversations about it. She's just not very sexually open, whereas I'm borderline sex addict. She does seem to get a little upset when we talk about it though.
You need to be sensitive to her not being open then the next time you talk about it: tell her that you want to talk about this not to pressure her but so you both can have a fulfilling relationship, and sex is a part of that. Let her know that you understand that she's not very open, but that you can work on it together and take it slow.
