You can't force her to. The issue with not being upfront about fetishes in the beginning is you can accidentally deceive someone into perceiving you differently. Chances are, if she is submissive, she isn't going to be keen or comfortable in an extremely dominant role.

Thank you so much for taking the time out to reply. Here is the problem I have. I am very dominate in the work place, social life, athletics, and ext.
