Do you think this guy should go to jail?

Question

So, A couple years back where i live, Some girl got hit by a car (She was on a bike)

And, A shard of metal punctured her leg, And severed her Femoral Artery (For those who don't know what that is, Its basically a massive blood tube in your leg, and when arterys get severed you can bleed to death in minutes).

So, There was a guy standing on the side of the road, Who quickly rushed over to help this lady, And to do so, He had to pull down her pants + underwear to get to the wound (Because it was right in the corner next to her Vagina where the leg meets the pevlis.

So, The guy put pressure on the wound to restrict blood loss until an Ambulance arrived, And was credited with saving her life, if not her leg.

And then after the lady recovered, She sued the guy for Indecent assault and shit saying she never gave permission for him to do that, and hated the guy for removing her pants + underwear and potentially looking at her vagina (Even though he saved her life).

So what do you think, Should this guy go to jail over it?

He shouldn't go to jail but I understand her point of
view.

If she was conscious during the whole thing then he should've explained everything to her before deciding to play hero. Maybe it's different in that country because where I'm from, one of the basics of first aid is that if someone is injured and they're aware of what's going on then they can refuse help.

If she was out of it and unconscious then consent is implied. In that case , the lawsuit is pointless.

In some countries you cannot help without permission; I know it sucks, but sometimes you'll see people die, because of their stubborness; and they'll sue you if you do, even if it's your job, what you do.

He did right there, he saved a life. She is out of her mind.
