It doesn't necessarily mean he is attracted to you, but it doesn't mean that he isn't. You can't expect to massage a man's thighs and not get that reaction. I'm actually kind of curious as to why you would massage his thighs. I have never done something like that with any of my guy friends. My guess is that you like him and you are kind of hoping he likes you too. Hence the question you posted.

He is a boy and if you massage a thigh you may be in a position that looks sexy. And if you look pretty, its not abnormal that he will get an erection. If a guy likes a girl, or is attracted to someone, or even thinks the girl is pretty, and she massages him there, then yes it could be attraction.

If he is not into her, it is just a natural response. But if it's a massive erection, he probably likes her. It's even hotter when it's a girl a guy likes.

Of course he is going to get an erection. This thing women have where they think they have men that are just 'friends". Fist men are not "friends" with women, they are 'friendly". Secondly, just because he is being friendly doesn't mean he stops being a man. So especially if he is on the lower end of your age range he is going to be a walking erection anyway. I'd say first of all, if he's working out with you, that's enough of a sign that he wants you anyway. Asking for the massage was his way of really trying to say so, smoothly.
