I read this somewhere. Got me thinking. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just curious and have no real oppinions on porn myself. What do you think of this? It's basically asking why women should date men who watch porn, when those men won't date the porn stars they're watching? Or vice verse for the females that wouldn't date porn stars, too.

Think of porn rather than just porn but an activity. the whole act of the porn industry is more than just sex tho the irony it is entirely just about sex. However this sex isn't what people experience or want to experience it's just sometimes just to get the feeling over with or you're just bored which believe happens more often than you think and lastly it's like a ritual to some before they go to sleep or start their day, though it sounds like a bad ritual I believe it's completely normal and one should not be ashamed of so. Personally I think it's a hate love relationship. I don't necessarily live off of it however sometimes it's fun to watch, it's like watching a tv show and often I imagine myself and my girlfriend in the scenario of the video. as of the girls who refuse to date guys who watch porn I'm sorry but chances of you finding the guy who doesn't watch porn is utterly impossible either he's lying or he hasn't discovered porn yet, the act of sex which is easily obtained through porn is in our human instincts. My girlfriend doesn't mind me watching porn and to be honest since we started my porn watching has drastically dropped however sometimes I drop by on some persoanl favorite websites or even personal favorite videos. Especially homemade to me homemade is more raw and realistic however those unbelievably fake and planned out are fun once in a blue moon.

Porn is a visual aid for masturbation. People generally don't have romantic feelings for the people they are watching and don't really want to be with them. They are just watching attractive people bone as an alternative to using their imagination.

There's no real correlation between the two. Watching porn is harmless fantasy. Dating a pornstar goes against the generally ingrained desire for monogamy.
