No, it's not true. The two things have absolutely no causal relationship whatsoever. The period is a biological cycle that exists to dispose of your eggs if they have not been fertilized. This is needed in order for your body to grow a new, fresh egg. It's like a biological garbage disposal (and no, I don't mean this disrespectfully, I think the female period is a fascinating biological process).
The period exists and happens completely regardless of whether you're horny or not. Your body disposing of the egg (s) and you being horny having nothing to do with each other because being horny happens in your head, it's a bunch of chemicals in your brain. The period on the other hand is an instinctive process that is controlled by your central nerve system.
It's also completely untrue that women are the most fertile during their period as this anonymous dude claims. I guess it's an instance of American "education" system we have here. Obviously, your body is the LEAST fertile during your period because your body disposes of the egg. The most fertile time of a woman's cycle happens during the ovulation, which is when the new egg is being freshly created (usually happens around 14 days before the period starts).
If you're still a teenager, it's well possible that you have a somewhat irregular cycle. In fact, only a minority of women has a regular 28-day cycle as it says in the books. However, even if you're period doesn't come for 2 months or even if it already comes again after only 20 days, both don't mean anything in terms of horniness. It happens whether you're super horny or not horny at all.
No, it's not true :) Talking or thinking in a certain way has no correlation to your period. Your period might last longer than usual because of a health problem & you should see a doctor because it might be serious.
Also, when you're on your period it's normal to be a bit hornier than usual because of the hormones which are released during this time [this is a fertile period of time & when you'll want a baby the hormones are useful to create a good "home" for the baby]. :) You should just go to a doctor, don't worry :).
You have cause and effect backwards. You're horny because you're on your period, not on your period because you're horny. :)
