You will find, in the US the vast majority of men are circumcised at birth and foreskin is rare, but everywhere else in the world circumcision is only performed by religious groups and rare medical conditions
So, if your in the US most girls like cut
If your anywhere else most girls like noncut
It's all just what they are use to,
But, don't judge a guy on whether he has it cut it not, because other then aesthetics, cutting the foreskin off adds near no health benefit (it can actually damage nerve endings in the meatus lowering sexual pleasure)

I've never been with someone who's not circumcised.
However, I wouldn't think any less of someone if they were uncut. I don't think it's gross or anything. As long as the guy's overall hygiene is good, I'm sure his dick will be fine. How it looks is irrelevant, as it's not like appearance is a big factor if we're about to do the dirty anyway.

  You don't have to modify anything, it's actually easier to give a handjob if the guy has foreskin, there's no need for lube. And for blowjobs you just pull the skin down and do the same thing you'd do if he was cut. An uncut penis that's erect looks just like a circumcised one, unless he has more skin than normal, you shouldn't be able to know the difference from cut and uncut if the penis is erect.
