Me and my girlfriend aren't even suppose to hug because of parents but that's stupid and sometimes we do when no one is looking lol. But when we do... I'm not even thinking of sexual things or anything... But I'll realize that my penis is hard and it's embarrassing because I try to hide it from her. Why do I do this and how to stop?

that's how it is. You're in the middle of puberty, and got essentially a hair-trigger. Takes nothing to get you hard.
It's perfectly natural, and honestly nothing to worry about. Just don't wear tight clothes to hide it, or else it can make your penis develop improperly, and that'd suck quite a bit XD

dude, it's a part of being a guy. If you people even have a minimum of sex ed she'll know that you get hard--on over pretty much nothing during puberty. Why hide what you are? Yeah, she might be a bit embarrased at first, but it's not liek it's unnatural. Be proud of who you are, and what you are. No point hiding it for her.
