Why are girls so delusional? Do you really think a body like this takes no work and is natural for a guy?

A body like this takes a lot of time spent in the gym and watching what you eat carefully. Why do women seem to think that this body is EASILY achieveable by men? Why are they so hypocritical while they bitch about media portrayal of women?

  • Honestly, that body doesn't take much effort. I had that body when I played soccer. Sure, I played 4 times a week, but I never went to the gym, it was 90% cardio and just a few abs and pushups once a week. Now that I stopped playing soccer I don't have abs that defined, but in 2 weeks I could get that.
That body right there isn't tough to get, but most girls prefer this to that.

This body is difficult and it takes much more time, cause you can see he has way more muscles.

But yeah, some women demand guys to have that body without realizing that it's tough to get. I don't complain about them preferring that, but just know it's not easy to get it and most guys won't have a body like that.

  • it's not that they're delusional about men, but about their own worth.
They THINK they're worth th high standards they set, but in fact they just prove how completely lost they are.

Protip; unrealistic physical dmenads tend to equal unrealistic demands from you as a boyfriend. STEER CLEAR

  • It is easy if you do sports!

That body is average for someone who plays a sport, and not necessarily going to the gym... or watching your diet... as long as you're in a sport...

but without a sport, you must watch what you eat and do some type of exercise if not attending a gym... that's common sense... I would think!

and even if people can achieve to have a decent body even when they eat all the nasty crappy food, I prefer people who eat healthy! for being healthy! Cause that's smart! :D!

Anyway!! Everybody in the world should do some type of physical sport!

    • I work out, jog a ton and while I am skinny I'm not like that, sports don't really build muscle except for the legs/calves, only way to get arms or abs is the gym and a lot of it. I skydive for sport (yes it is a sport) and it actually is considered very good cardio for the workout it puts the system through with adrenaline and momentum shifts, but it certainly doesn't build abs

    • I agree with this, it's easy if you do sports, and also have good genetics and high metabolism too.

    • That's a lie! All my brothers have been in soccer since age 4 and they didn't eat very healthy back then AND they didn't even set foot in a gym till they were like 21! and they had that body! and their abs were even MORE defined than that picture that you set as an example and that was ONLY from soccer (no gym back then) ... (just real football) ...~ However, if you don't do sports or don't train, it's only common sense that you will NOT have a body like that at all..

  • Err, my boyfriend has pretty much that exact body and he doesn't work out AT ALL, eats burgers and chips all day long.

He's just generally active, constantly on his feet doing stuff and fixing things.

If you're not a lazy bum, you will have that body. Like @AleDeEurope said, it's not a stupendous achievement. His example is the more unrealistic one as opposed to yours.

My question is, what body do YOU think is natural for a guy? Can you show some examples?

    • youmeandteddy.files.wordpress.com/.../...c-men.jpg

Basically the average of that line up of men
You know what the equivalent of the guy's picture would be? https://i.imgur.com/nf8ZtdT.jpg
      That's natural for girls right?

    • Stop pussyfooting with line ups and give me ONE example like you did in your original post. Also, that girl has ZERO tone in her body, it doesn't look like she works out at all, she's just slender. I know fucktons of girls that do virtually no exercise, so yes - that is a natural body, if you eat properly. Refraining from stuffing your face with shit is not "hard work". Lol your choice of female based on her curvature and large bossoms suggests you're trying to envoke a negative reaction to prove some arbitrary point. However, unlike men and muscles, women cannot "exercise on" large breasts. Stop being so butthurt, put down the pizza and go for a walk, lmao.

  • Why are you so bitter and hurt, honestly? There are actually some men who are naturally gifted with a body like that. You're making it seem as if he's extremely ripped with huge biceps and a six pack, when he actually looks like a normal, healthy guy.

    • not bitter or hurt, just bothered by how hypocritical women are

  • Of course its so difficult. Thats why i would neve ask of a guy to b adonis. Just to be healthy and exercise (do some healthy sport activity). Personality is what counts most. Nd a happy healthh guy is what is sexier. Not some washboard abs.

  • Umm... that guy looks like he has a great diet and maybe does some cardio or some kind of running sport, but I don't see any reason to believe he's ever set foot in a gym.

  • I assumed it was normal because most guys I saw in highschool had bodies like that. Maybe not the six pack but around the same build, then with slight muscle

  • I think they think it's easy to obtain because look at how skinny he is. If he was really muscular then they would think it's harder to obtain.

  • My boyfriend has this figure naturally... he doesn't eat the best or work out.

  • You just talked to the wrong person. Probably a young girl who thinks that men are born with abs. Don't take it too personal

    • No, trust me, my ex naturally had a six pack because he had virtually no body fat. There are some guys that don't need to work for it. Rare, but they still exist.

    • Some guys may but when it's wrong is to poorly judge another guys looks for not naturally having them.

  • I don't know who chose that pic but that is bad that is no Time in the gym if he saw me I'd look like arnol but to every one at my school thats how I look

  • Since when did women ever say shit like that? :|

  • dude you're obsessed with that guy 😂

    • huh? I'm only posting it because another girl posted that to me saying that's what most women think is the average attractive guy

    • Oh my bad I've seen a lot of anon 18-24 posts with pictures of that guy.

  • i've actually seen a lot of white guys with thin bodies that look like that. Could be genetics, but I guess no one should think that EVERYONE is born or develop into that.

  • That can be natural for some guys. Some people are naturally lean like that but you can also get tat body just by having a certain lifestyle.

  • it looks like it took effort

    • ofcourse

  • Hate to break it too you but I'm naturally skinny like that its really not all that hard if your naturally lean and do some cardio. If you are an overweight man then this would be very hard for that person but it would be easier to get buff. I'm gonna be honest this type of body is not what most women like. They like a bit more muscle than this

  • Lol a body like that is easily achievable. A muscular, athletic body, however, is not.

    • it's achievable sure but that's not a body you just "have" not unless you have godlike genetics You still have to put in work

    • You mostly just have to be thin. A body like that is pretty achievable within half a year of a good strength program.

    • Sure but that's my point, you still have to lift some weights and watch your diet, unless again, you were born with really really good genetics.

  • I don't find him attractive or sexy. He's too scrawny.

  • That just looks under nourished to me... 90% of male Ethiopians look like that

    • Exactly, go look at most healthy male (NATURAL no drugs) athletes, they have more fat on them than this guy. The human body wasn't designed to have no fat, some fat is always needed

    • I was speaking of lacking muscles but being so skinny that you can see every tiny muscle

    • looks normal to me
