Some women have a condition where the vagina is contracted and won't stretch and I guess some women could be just naturally small but I never met any of either kind. I'm bigger around than a beer bottle at the thickest point, which is off the charts for girth and I never, out of 28 lovers, had one have any problem with it. Quite the opposite.
Now if you are not careful and slow you can be too long. Most women do not want their cervix smacked by a guy with a long penis hammering away at them but that just requires the guy to be aware of the problem and not try to put it all in.

Some do it before the first time from perceived rather than actual experience. Some do it immediately after the first time ignoring the fact that she will get used to it. It's not common, but it does happen, unfortunately. Despite what a lot of people think, bigger is not always better, and that is one of the downsides.

Uh, I am pretty sure that when we have sex that we don't want it to feel like we are giving birth. Just because something as big as a child can come out, doesn't mean we want something as big as a child going in.

Vagina's don't just stretch. I'm fairly certain that during childbirth a new chemical is introduced into the body which allows the vagina to stretch to accommodate a child coming out otherwise size wouldn't be an issue. The vagina stretching to the size allow the child to pass through is exclusive to childbirth. Training yourself to take a larger penis is another story.
