You have the right to do it but even if it's over Skype, I wouldn't advise it. Golden rule, never show your face if you show a naked part. So if you do this over Skype, don't show your face on the conversation.
I would advise you to do it in from of him, not over the Internet. If you really trust im, it shouldn't really be a problem.
